We are a small family company who are based and live in the village of La Cala, all of our properties are somebodies home and as such all have slightly different features.

We are able to offer a variety of accomodation 1,2 or 3 bedroom houses or apartments or a villa with its own swimming pool. All of the properties have fully fitted kitchens and at least one bathroom, should you have any particular requirement please contact us and we will be pleased to advise you which area and property would suit you best.

Other Information

The cost of the accomodation covers everything, you can pay either by cash or English cheque but we DO NOT accept credit cards.

A deposit of 30% is payable prior to arrival. This can be paid either by bank transfer or by U.K. Cheque payable to: B. Lloyd. This can be posted to: Calle Antequera, 4. La Cala de Mijas. 29649 Malaga. SPAIN. Please specify your Name, date of arrival and departure, type of accommodation reserved and number of people.

The remainder is due upon arrival.

Please make sure you have sent your flight details (E.T.A. & E.T.D.)

Cots, highchairs, scooters, wheelchairs, etc are to be paid for separately. Please order when making your booking.

The property is cleaned when you arrive and when you leave. If you require extra cleaning this can be arranged upon arrival.

Sheets and towels for use in the house are provided although you are required to bring your own beach towels.

The car hire is to be paid for separately upon arrival as this is a separate company.

The property can be occupied in the afternoon of the arrival date booked and departure must be before noon on the day of departure. Any queries/other needs please consult us.
